Job Description

QUALIFICATION

  • Master degree in HR / Administration / Social Sciences / Commerce.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of relevant work experience in matters related to HR management, personnel management etc.
  • 3 years of experience of working in similar projects/assignments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing human resource services to support PRMSC activities including recruitment, selection, performance management, grievance redressal , employee contracts etc.
  • Schedule management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
