QUALIFICATION

16 years of education in administration / social sciences/Humanities & Arts/ Commerce / HR

EXPERIENCE

Acquaintance with matters related to HR Management, Financial Management etc.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager Admin in providing logistics and administrative services to support PRMSC operational activities including office infrastructure, equipment, supplies, transportation, registry, inventory management, payroll management etc.
  • Manage fleet management system to make sure that project staff has well maintained vehicles to make field visits and other commuting trips.
  • Manage the security system and protocols, and procuring security staff and equipment to ensure safety of project’s people, assets and property.
  • Supervise the support staff to meet the needs of the Lahore office and all associated logistics of PRMSC.
