Assistant Manager Corporate
Job Description
Coordinate and monitor all activities of the Corporate Department/Office of the Company Secretary of PHIMC and manage the corporate affairs of the Company.
Job Responsibilities
- To assist the Company Secretary in the discharge of duties and functions of the office of the Company Secretary
- To deal with matters pertaining to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies
- Submission of statutory documents
- To assist the Company Secretary in handling corporate matters of the Company
- Liaison with offices and members of the BoD of PHIMC
- To assist the Company Secretary in conducting meetings
- Responsible for maintaining records of the office of the Company Secretary
- To assist the Company Secretary in conducting Board meetings
- To ensure the timely delivery of notices, agenda, working papers, minutes, and other documents to the Board
- Any other functions assigned by the Office of the Company Secretary
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the corporate department. Preference will be given to candidates with in-house experience in public or private sector organizations.
